Subject Trainee Darwin Sky - Transfer and recommendations

After interviewing T1 Darwin Sky, I have ascertained that the trainee does not meet minimum requirements
for posting in KoN division. I am transferring him to NSF regular forces effective immediately.

Recommendations:
Minimum of six standard months of basic patrol duty during which time he is to receive psychological evaluation and treatment under the supervision of Shaori Greenshadow of the Medean Psychomedical Institute.

Any further advancement should be contingent upon completing whatever course of treatment Dr. Shaori prescribes.

Failure to adhere to this course of action could be grounds for discharge as unfit for service and loss of all pay and benefits.
